Ambiente extremamente agradável, funcionários muito solícitos, conforto total nos detalhes, gentilezas e mimos que agradam e fazem a diferença (transfer disponível, água, toalhas, café, docinho no quarto etc), café da manhã delicioso.

Um hotel que vende uma experiência cinco estrelas, mas entrega um atendimento comum

Somente o café da manhã, restaurante não é bom comparado com os outros que tem no centrinho e além de ser muito caro…

− Infelizmente, minha experiência ficou muito abaixo do esperado para um hotel que se apresenta como 5 estrelas. O problema não foi apenas a falta de água, mas a forma como a situação foi conduzida e tbm falta de manutenção … Quando procuramos ajuda, apenas nos disseram para esperar, sem qualquer tentativa de encontrar uma solução ou minimizar o transtorno. Havíamos acabado de voltar de um passeio, estávamos cansados, com fome e sem poder tomar banho. Uma atitude simples, como oferecer o jantar como cortesia ou outro suporte, teria demonstrado preocupação com os hóspedes. Fiquei bastante decepcionada com a falta de atenção e de hospitalidade… Depois que reclamei na plataforma, eles tentaram concertar mas esse hotel deixou muito a desejar … Sem contar os quartos eles colocam categoria diferentes mas na hora do check in coloca vc no q tem disponível, no meu caso informavam que tinha mesa de jantar, conforme podem ver nas fotos tinha apenas uma cadeira. Decepcionante

− Funcionários mal educados Chuveiro gelado / fui reclamar e não solucionaram como deveriam … tivemos que esperar 2 horas e mesmo com a troca da resistência não esquentou. A comida do restaurante estava horrível . O café da manhã faltando itens básicos com atendimento bem razoável …. A cafeteira da recepção estragada e fui pegar um café no restaurante , cápsulas idênticas as oferecidas na recepção e fui informada de uma forma bem deselegante que teria que pagar ! Enfim para uma diária de 2 salários mínimos … não valeu e não vale.
