5.0Breakfast was OK but cooked breakfast very slow arriving to table after you ordered it
− I didn't realise there wasn't a lift when I booked it I just went by the location and we were on the top floor wasn't very good for us has my husband as had 2 new hips in the last 10 months and I suffer with ostiathritus.Very dated hotel and shower wasn't the best.Not very much communication from the staff we were given our room key told what time breakfast was and that was it.No conversation you felt you were just a number no time to ask you where you came from are you enjoying yourself or anything the sort of thing you expect from a host.
