10.0Nice property, great food, helpful staff. Perfect and safe for travelers.
Overall, it was a decent stay
8.0The staff was very responsive and helpful. In particular, I would like to call out few staff members..the facilities GM ( Aditya, who helped in change of booking for a friend who had to cancel his trip last minute due to emergency), Amanpreet ( who took care of special food needs), Neha(full of enthusiasm and energy, who also planned the Yoga session), the entire serving staff …Sachin, Sumit, Mohit, Rohit and housekeeping team led by Anishka. They all took good care of us.
− Some Gym items like tread mill and exercise cycles were low quality Chinese machines. Swimming pool cleanliness could have been better.
