10.0Staying at Paradero was truly a one-of-a-kind experience. From the moment you arrive, the whole place radiates peace and a deep connection to nature, while still offering every comfort you could want. The design is stunning! every detail feels intentional and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. The food at Tenoch is absolutely spectacular, definitely worthy of a Michelin mention, fresh, creative, and bursting with local flavors. I left feeling completely recharged and inspired. Definitely a place I can’t wait to come back to.

6.0The property is very beautiful. The staff is wonderful. The food is delicious. My only and large complaint is that I was told the pool heater was under repair and not currently working but according to two separate friends who had been before, they were told the same. So it appears the pool is not heated at all and the jacuzzi has not worked as well and that is something that should be listed or made aware of. The property is in a desolate area and there is not a lot to do unless you will be driving. For me the point of a hotel like that is to escape and get away and not go anywhere and it should be listed that a large amenity like that is not working or disclose it’s not a heated pool. In addition there was a hole along the pool wall where a light was taken out and not replaced where I placed my foot while in the pool and I could have cut myself badly. Fortunately the metal object did not break my skin even though it was very sharp and did hurt a lot.

10.0Enjoyed our stay. Great service, great food, and comfortable rooms. Very cool architecturally and in May still nice temperatures not too hot but not extremely busy so extra quiet.
