Atrocious experience
2.0This was a terrible experience from start to finish. The cabin was in poor condition. Some doors would not close, the shower in master bedroom didnt work, kettle in the kitchen was broken. The place looked outdated and desperately needing renovations or at least some basic maintenance. There are three bedrooms but access to the second bathroom is through the ajecent bedroom! This is very inconvenient for a group of friends. Management is the worst. Customer service non-existent. Spent three days trying to fix the shower - daily visits from plumber with no results. On top of it the on call staff refused to let us talk to Management until the very last minutes. Despite broken shower they wouldnt let us check out later. Stay away from this rental. Find some other place.
