8.0Very good hotel & staff, before I went knew it was small room. 4 days pushing it as part of International trip with loads of luggage. Location excellent. Kyoto wonderful. Only probs Tokyo & Kyoto stations awful. signage, staff give directions but omit floor details. Some probs moving metro to tram station, but when on trains metro very good

10.0Great hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Short walk from main train station. Pretty walkable for most attractions. Lawson's across the street and 7-11 a block down. Mutiple restaurants within eye shot.
