El personal, excelente

− La información brindada por este medio no correspondía a la realidad Reserve villa y era una habitación en un 3er piso, La cocina compartida quedaba en el primer piso

Location, but did not stay there, the place is horrible.

− The property looks abandoned, dirty, broken beds, filthy bathrooms, curtains, walls, everything was gross, I will never go there again nor recommend anyone to stay there.

This place really sucks, seems pretty nice in pictures but has been neglected, apparently for years. There are things like the balcony light not have a switch, the one of the celling fas not working, a single ac unit for the whole place. For these day and age not having Wifi, seems pretty ridiculous. The kitchen is supposed to be semi-equiped, but there is almost nothing. No cookware not utensils, not even coffee mugs. In general everything is in a very poorly and abandoned state.

Private house with a pool with wildlife all around. Secure entrance. You could see the Pacific Ocean from your balcony. The owners were very helpful!

The architecture of the building is cool.

− WARNING! False advertising, and extremely misleading description. The place they gave us was not what we paid for, they gave us only a room with 4 beds while the reservation was for a living room, a separate bedroom, a balcony in the room, TV, kitchen, pool, just as “Villa Deluxe” says. In the advertisement it did not state that the kitchen or pool was shared, which would be fine if they said in the add/reservation that these were shared spaces, but it isn’t clear in the add or in the reservation confirmation. There were no towels or soap, which was also not specified in the reservation, to the point that the lady that works there had to lend us her personal towels. They give us the policies and conditions after paying, which did state that the kitchen and pool are shared, and when we asked about that in WhatsApp, the person said “well you have a whole floor to yourself” even though we didn’t have access to anything more than one room, so also weird misleading, false advertising. They asked us for a $200 cash deposit while the policies that were at the place ask for 30,000 colones ($60). We complain to the them over WhatsApp and they basically blame Booking of “lying” in their app, and said that they actually gave us a “bigger room than paid for”, which is more frustrating and annoying to hear, since we didn’t even get the separate bedroom as advertised. It’s a shame because the place is cool, but is so mismanaged and misleading in its description you’re surely going to be disappointed upon arrival, and it’s way too expensive to be treated so poorly and mocked by whoever is running their business there.

So this is far from being a hotel... it is a giant party house; 4 floors, 6 bedrooms/bathrooms, living room, pool... etc. However we didn't know there would be no Wi-Fi and no towels provided and no hot water! :( As usual in Costa Rica, for us the location was tricky to find... but we found it. It is in a beautiful location... the pool was very nice after the rain stopped, we couldn't have used the outdoor BBQ/Grill as it looked like it was taken apart. The beds were comfy enough... the only positive point was waking up at 6:30am and going out onto the 4th floor balcony and watching all the birds! However, I wouldn't stay here again as it needs improvements... unless I was going with a huge party for the weekend and don't care.
