7.0バスタブ、洗濯機、食洗機を備えたキッチンがありとても快適。乾燥機はないが、ベランダに物干しあり。専用のスキーバイクガレージが地下にある。エレベーターで最上階に上がり更に階段を登った部屋。風呂の窓からの風景は素晴らしい。 エアコンはないけど窓を開ければ涼しかった(6月下旬)。
− 滞在中にブレーカーが落ちてその後2日間wifiが使えなかったのが唯一残念だった。

4.0Die Lage ist sehr gut, Zentrum und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind alles zu Fuß erreichbar.
− Auf dem Balkon gab es nur einen alten Plastikstuhl, der direkt kaputt ging. Es gab auch keinen Tisch auf dem Balkon (heutzutage gibt es Klapptische für die Brüstung, sehr platzsparend). Wir mussten uns täglich von den Anwohner lautstark auf italienisch anschreien lassen, weil die der Meinungen waren das die Parkplätze der Wohnanlage ihnen gehören, was nicht so ist. Ein Zettel hing auch am Scheibenwischer wo drauf stand das wir die Parkplätze umgehen verlassen sollen. Man kommt sich hier überhaupt nicht willkommen vor! Im Bad war die Duschbrause defekt, die Duschwand ist in einem sehr schlechten Zustand, Waschbecken wackelt extrem…
