− Não gostei da comida, os funcionários não são preparados e nem simpáticos. Os horários das refeições extremamente tarde para quem vem com crianças pequenas. Se vier, trás as refeições delas.

7.0O hotel está situado em um lugar muito calmo e agradável, perfeito para descansar em família. O grande destaque da estadia foram os recreacionistas, que integraram muito bem todos os hóspedes. Outro ponto muito positivo e atual é a disponibilidade do carregador elétrico para veículos, o que facilitou bastante a nossa logística.
− Fica como ponto crítico o canal de comunicação pré-estadia. Enviei uma dúvida urgente sobre a cobrança do meu cartão e o caso ficou totalmente sem solução. O hotel demorou dias para responder, enviando uma mensagem que não tinha nenhuma relação com o meu problema. O atendimento digital falhou completamente e não resolveu a situação.
