4.01. Lift was not working 2. Reception is 10 mins walk from the actual apartment with no clear instructions where to gos or took us 30 minutes to find the reception. 3. No phone number provided

2.0I went to this property and it was a caged building that didn’t have access. The phone number on the gate wanted me to come to another location to pick up the keys. After circling the neighborhood, I was unable to find the other location I didn’t feel the area was safe to be around. I left and checked into another hotel for the night. My request to issue a refund was denied. Horrible Place !!!! Don’t trust the photos.
