3.0The location
− I did not get the room I booked and was told they were sold out when I arrived. The vanity light in the bathroom did not work. I reported the issue but maintenance never came. Not at all what I expected especially for the money.

− Air conditioning fan rattles every time it goes on and off throughout the day. It’s loud enough to wake you out of your sleep.
Not worth 220$, maybe 75$
5.0− The gym was dirty, no water in the gym. Bathroom wasn’t very clean, vent didn’t work, bathroom door wouldn’t close at all so it would sling open, and the bathroom shower ceiling was peeling from water damage. Blood smeared on the closet wall- indicating a previous bedbug issue. Not very pleased for 220$ a night. I’m very displeased with my stay as I travel a lot for work/ sports.
Worst part of my trip by far. I would avoid at all cost. Spend your money elsewhere.

− There was a used towel waiting for me in our hotel room, the staff was discourteous, they charged me for extra nights that i didn’t stay and the beds and pillows are very uncomfortable.
