9.0New, modern, facilities were clean and stylish. Got upgraded to a one bedroom which was nice. Gym had pelotons and a variety of equipment, water and towels.
− Not really anything they can do about it at the moment but the construction noise from the site next door comes through the windows in my room since I faced it.

8.0Lovely 2 bedroom apartment which was perfect for our girls staycation. Super comfy beds, dining table, kitchenette and comfy lounge. Great coffee and breakfast downstairs at the cafe in the building. Excellent customer service when we had an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Canberra city!
− Unfortunately we had issues with the TV streaming but staff were very responsive and as it couldn't be fixed, they quickly offered a partial refund which was greatly appreciated. This is excellent customer service!
