Good location. Poorly maintained and a bit dirty apartment with some basic maintenance issues.

− Maintenance problems and unusual admin and accounting practices by management. They had an obsession with a security deposit they couldn’t invoice properly.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt mit etwas Geräuschkulisse, die aber angenehm ist.

− - Kleinigkeiten. Kein Salz, weiß aber nicht, ob das üblich ist. Ergänzung, daß man fürs W-LAN den Routerstecker braucht.
