Mistakes happen
8.0Mistakes happen. When we got there, the unit had not been setup for our arrival as the beds were not made and the bathrooms had not been cleaned. I texted the host and she was responsive and came right over. I acknowledge that mistakes will occur. The important part is how the mistakes are handled. We headed out for dinner and came back 90 minutes later and she was finishing up. About 20 minutes later she was done. I was very pleased with how she handled things. The unit is bright and spacious as advertised. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed it.
