8.0The apartment was lovely and spacious enough for two people. It is located in the Malasaña neighborhood, close to all the main attractions, yet in a very quiet area. The apartment is modern, newly renovated, and beautifully designed.
− The sofa bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the same goes for the pillows. It would have been nice to have a choice of different pillow types, including firmer options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the apartment!

− Very poor hygiene and extremely disgusting. After a long day of travel taking a shower to find the bed sheets so disgusting with yellow stains and hair on the bed. IMAGES ATTACHED Had to move rooms in the middle of the night and only had to stay because of the inconvenience of moving to somewhere else. I have raised the issue and requested a refund for the bad experience, what they offered me was 15% of the first night which is equivalent to 34.2 EUR (I paid 300 EUR a night at this terrible place, it’s not even worth 40 EUR. A night) In the beginning they mentioned they’re working on at least a refund for the first night then they came up with this terrible idea of 15% This was by far the worst experience that I’ve ever had and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Avoid it at all costs because the customer service at the property are just as bad as the hygiene at the property. Beds and pillows are not comfortable at all, and the showers are so tiny. They also say they are a 24 online reception service but they’re not! Also the lockers do not work
