Beautiful Resort with Outstanding Staff

We had a wonderful stay at this resort and would absolutely come back! The entire property was exceptionally clean—everywhere we went was spotless, from the rooms to the pools and common areas. The staff was amazing, always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, which really made our trip even better. The food exceeded our expectations with plenty of variety, and we rarely had to wait for a table or our meals. The pools were also very clean and enjoyable, although the water was a little warmer than we personally prefer. The only area that fell a little short for us was the drinks. They were okay, but none of them stood out enough to make us want to order them again. Everything was served in the same cup, and they lacked the fun presentation and creativity we've experienced at other resorts. One of our favorite parts of the trip was the outdoor fiesta on our first night—it was such a fun event with great energy! We just wish there had been more evening entertainment like that throughout the rest of our stay, as the other nights felt a bit quiet. Overall, we had a beautiful room, a relaxing vacation, and a great experience. The cleanliness, incredible staff, and quality of the food made this a place we'd definitely return to. For being a newer resort we were suprised to find some areas still under construction and incomplete. We found the options at the spa to be limited and overpriced. The waterpark was ok and so were the swimming pools, but they weren't exceptional. The ocean and the beach area, although small, was very pretty. The evening entertainment was very plain. We didn't like the sales team that were trying to sell memberships. We liked the restaurants and the food was great. Our room was very spacious and we loved the connecting rooms for our kids staying next door.

Poor experience

Hotel was overrated for the experience, service was terrible and food poor, my room was dusty and the staff can be rude. I had to constantly ask where to go, no guideline on the first arriving day , they are More worry to get you on one of the “talks” and if you do not agree they move to the next. The service was not as the Mexico excellence we always get, to be a Dreams this is very poor quality. Elevators constant not working and make it more walk than necessary, buffet food it’s out for a long time no replacements, sorry but not coming back
