10.0Excelente ubicación, metro linea roja 1 a menos de 30 metros del hotel. La habitación súper completa con cocina, lavavajillas y refrigerador (incluyen esponjas, lavaplatos, jabón para lavavajillas, sal y pimienta). El desayuno buffet súper completo, si comes kosher y/o gluten-free este es un excelente sitio para aprovechar el desayuno porque puedes servirte todo en desechables y todo está etiquetado. El personal muy amable, pendiente de tus necesidades y de como ayudar. Hablan ingles y español. Además hay servicio de guarda equipajes y puedes recibir paquetes al hotel. Lo repetiría!
− La puerta del baño de la habitación se corría sola un poco así que restaba privacidad. En horas de alto tráfico tomaba tiempo el ascensor a pesar de que hay 4.

8.0Skvělé ubytování v příjemné ulici, která je každý den plná květin. Personál byl milý, po check-outu bylo možné nechat si po zbytek dne na recepci kufry. Pokoj byl každý den uklizený a dostali jsme čisté ručníky. Snídaně byla dobrá, každý den trochu jiná. Naprosto ideální výchozí bod pro poznávání města a určitě dopručujeme.
− Ve sprše bylo nutno dlouho čekat, než začala téct teplá voda a jedno ráno nám tekla jen vlažná voda. Vzhledem k tomu, že hotel má přes 40 pater je čekání na výtah často zdlouhavé.

10.0Excelente ubicación, cerca de linea 1 roja y línea amarilla del metro. La habitación dice media cocina entonces no tiene para cocinar pero si microondas y refrigerador. El desayuno es muy bueno! Buffet y además con cosas certificadas kosher y gluten free.
− No nos limpiaron la habitación el primer día y me dió la impresión que es por falta de personal, se ve que son muchas habitaciones y no le dió tiempo a la chica....
