Gute Lage und freundliche Atmosphäre
9.0Morgens gibt es ein phantastisches Frühstücksbuffet! Die Lage ist sehr gut, vom Bahnhof zum Hotel sind es 300m. Zum Matsumoto Castle kann man mit dem Bus fahren oder in ca. 15 Minuten laufen. Das Hotel bot während unseres Aufenthalts abends freie Drinks und kostenlose japanische Suppen an.

ベッドに関してだけ不快
7.0立体駐車場がホテルの前だったので助かりましたし、部屋に洗濯機と洗剤が準備されていたのでとても助かりました。
− ３人で一部屋を利用したのですが…１つのベッドが床に直置きで、不快な気分になりました。まだ、高さのある簡易ベッドの方が有難かったです。

− 朝食の係りの女性が1人で対応しており大変そうで、かなりアップアップしててちょっと朝食の雰囲気が慌ただしかったのが勿体無い。 受付の女性は、片付けとか席の案内をせずに受付だけに専念した方が良いと思う。
