− Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel war das Housekeeping echt schlecht und extrem langsam. Die Handtücher die wir auf den Boden gelegt hatten wurden nicht mitgenommen, unser Bett wurde nicht richtig gemacht, der Boden war nach der Reinigung immer noch dreckig, es wirkte alles so lieblos hin geschmissen. Von einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwartet man etwas anderes. Zimmer Service war gut, Essen war lecker. Personal auch extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.
