4.0− First, I do not recommend booking with breakfast, especially for Arab or Muslim travelers. The breakfast buffet offers very limited halal-friendly or Middle Eastern options, making it poor value if these are your dietary preferences. Before arrival, I requested a high-floor room, but I was assigned a room on the 3rd floor. Since the hotel is located on Soi 7, the room was very noisy late into the night because of the nearby bars and nightlife. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a higher floor and confirm it before arrival. The hotel was also not flexible during check-in, and when I requested to check out two days earlier, they refused to provide any refund or partial credit for the unused nights. This was disappointing, especially considering that many hotels try to accommodate such requests when possible. The rooftop swimming pool looks attractive in the photos, but it is only about one meter deep, making it more suitable for relaxing than for actual swimming. Overall, the hotel has a modern design and a good location, but the lack of flexibility, the noise from Soi 7, the limited breakfast options for Muslim guests, and the shallow pool significantly affected my experience. I hope the management considers improving these aspects for future guests.
