8.0Large spacious apartment, more than enough room for a family of 4. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping. Other comments about parking were overblown, never had problems with finding parking more than 100 feet from Apartment entrance (this is an apartment complex, if parking is not immediately nearby, it would be 100 yards away on the same property).

4.0Sent us wrong information re building to check into, resulting in 45 minutes trying to find our building and room. Their "24/7" help line was unreachable to help us. Parking was almost nonexistent onsite, requiring us to then park in a designated offsite are...a 5 minute walk away. No soap available in ensuite bathroom.Lightswitch as you enter did not turn on any light. Similar in bedroom.
