4.0Staff was really excellent, management was not very good. First hotel that we have ever been to where we needed to request housekeeping when we had booked 5 nights. Pool was also closed for 3 days to due cleaning, 1 day was reasonable but 3 days wasn't acceptable.
Newly updated and spacious. Excellent value
8.0Huge nice and newly updated rooms. In general it was clean but there was food in the frig and a cleaning rag left behind in the restroom. Excellent price and value compared to the hotels around UC. Short Uber to campus.

10.0Property was properly and well maintained. The only hiccup was the TV in the room was not programmed and after 2 requests to help us with it a front desk employee finally showed us how to get the channels!!

6.0No vending machines- all empty. Shampoo dispenser did not work. Room was freezing (62 degrees) upon entering. No plain coffee cream, all flavored.
