Friendly and fun Christmas
8.0Being on the beach the views were perfect. Close to loads of pubs and restaurants and the car park was a short walk away. Bed was super comfy. Clear guide provided about the property.

7.0The location and the view.
− The smell in the entrance and up the stairs. The apartment needs freshening up and a lick of paint.
Amazing location but for the price you pay the facilities are at best average

− The property needs a refresh. It wasn’t clean when we arrived. The window in the Ensuite is broken and two other windows don’t open. The kitchen is poorly equipped.
Perfect location but the general maintenance and poor cleanliness let it down
7.0Firstly, I need to say what a fantastic location the property was in. Truly 5*, in the heart of a wonderful seaside village and with absolutely stunning views. We stayed in the master bedroom and the bed was also extremely comfy. The living room had a nice big tv for quiet evenings in, and the dining table was large enough for our family of 6.
− However, it's clear that the fabulous location is what the property hangs its hat on, and cleanliness, general maintenance and the like was very poor. I purposely overlooked it because the location was perfect for us, but seriously guys, for the price you charge, people deserve some kind of service still. Things were broken, the floor in the kitchen was pretty gross around the cupboards, and the state of the BBQ was genuinely concerning (rust bucket). It's a shame because it could have been the perfect place to come back to every year, but sadly I'm not sure I would do it again without serious quality improvements.
