− Everything was dirty. The TVs didn't work properly. There was a man in his speedos next door that gave my wife nightmares and young son. It wasn't worth £619.00. I would of got better service from a hotel

10.0We loved the apartment. It was clean, light and spacious. We were glad it had a parking space. We left our car parked all weekend and could walk wherever we wanted to go.
− Lack of comfortable patio furniture. A couple of garden sofas would be good. The smell from the Chinese restaurant would rise into the apartment during their busy period. It could also do with blackout curtains.. The sun came up at 5am and woke us up.
Great stay would come again
7.0The location of the apartment was ideal, right across from Paignton Harbour and only a few minutes walk to the sea front, pier and parade of shops. We have been visiting Paignton for 10years and this apartment was one of the best. The parking was ideal as its off the main road. There are a number of restaurants just a few moments away. TJ;s restaurant is one I would recommend, reasonably price with an good selection of fresh fish. There is a small cafe called Molly's located across the road that offer a take away full english for around £10. There is also a corner shop about 2 doors down which sell a range of cereals, croissants etc which is also ideal. The balcony on a warm day is particularly inviting, especially with a glass of wine.
− Unfortunately one of the beds was missed for changing from the last booking, however there was plenty of space in for that bed to be unused throughout our stay. Due to the nature of our stay we weren't in the position to communicate with the host until we left. They were more than apologetic, which suited us fine.
