4.0J’avais demander un studio pour 3 personnes , il manquait le linge de lit pour mon enfant , il n’y avait pas assez de serviettes à dispositions , c’était noté lit double j’ai eu deux lits collé , une lumière s’est cassé je n’ai pas pu prévenir l’accueil car elle est toujours fermer , je n’ai pas eu d’eau chaude pendant 1journée complète et pour finir je devais rendre la chambre un jour férié et aucuns moyen de rendre la carte car aucunes indications n’a été donner j’ai du me débrouiller par mes propres moyens .
