6.0Location was perfect! Literally steps from yhe boardwalk and beach.
− Room was not clean, beds were very uncomfortable and there was no TP in the restroom. Room was nothing like those in listing.
Good place on the Boardwalk.
9.0I liked being right next door to the Jersey Shore House. Also, the room was nice. The Boardwalk being so close was also good because we had kids so being able to just walk back to the room was great for that. The owner was also nice, and helped us with the parking situation so we wouldn't get a ticket or towed.
− I don't like that there is no on-site parking. You have to park in a lot down the street that the owner has. Also the microwave didn't work to just make popcorn. It was too small. Also our door didn't fully close and lock unless we slammed it shut.

− Plastic handles in shower loose and tp roll holder falling off wall. Back hurts from their lumpy beds. The kitchenette was not stocked as advertised. No eating or cooking utensils or dishes or pots/pans! No coffee pot as well. No blankets on 3 of 4 beds. No freezer space due to frost buildup. Old AC units very noisy and open window gaps. Not what was advertised/expected sadly
