9.0El personal de este hotel es sencillamente excelente; desde el momento de la llegada nos trataron con una amabilidad y profesionalidad excepcionales. Además, el hotel es precioso y destaca por su buen estilo de decoración, con un diseño muy cuidado en cada rincón. La habitación estaba bastante bien, amplia y cómoda, aunque al entrar se percibía un ligero olor a humedad. A pesar de ese pequeño detalle, la experiencia general fue muy positiva gracias a la belleza del lugar y a su gran equipo.

10.0L'hôtel est magnifique. La décoration est moderne et de bonne qualité. Des fleurs fraîches dans notre chambre. C'est le meilleur hôtel que nous ayons fait au Vietnam. La personne à l'accueil est très gentille et souriante. Elle nous a accueilli avec un thé à l'artichaut et des bananes. L'hôtel est très bien placé, pas très loin du marché de Dalat. A peine 5 mn à pied.
− L'hôtel est en face d'un parking de cars et les clients de l'hôtel d'à côté étaient très bruyants. Les gaufres mériteraient d'être légèrement plus cuites. Mais c'était quand même très bon.
