The location is good as it is close to the highway. Has a vibrant market outside with lists to eat and shop. Breakfast is decent.

− We stayed here to our way to Aizwal and then again when we came back from Aizwal and were on our way to Guwahati. This review is for both those stays - we were given a smoking room without having the option to choose. - the Ac smelled of Fungus - the place is infested with mosquitoes. They welcome you at the reception with 2-3 bites during check-in and then continue to feed on you in your room - the front desk staff looks overworked and has a indifferent attitude to everything - to add to the list of woes, there were bedbugs in our room and we got bitten at multiple places. We did manage to kill one and I shared this info and photographs of bites and the dead bug at the front desk. They promised to look into it. All in all a very tragic state of things and I would strongly recommend booking.com plus the guest to look for other options.

− Booked a suite… the bathroom was smaller than a oyo room with defective commode seat… asked to downgrade to better deluxe room but hotel did not refund suite booking amount…

Breakfast was excellent. Location is excellent

− The value for money is low..it does not give bang for the buck for Rs 3300 per night given that Silchar is a small town. At Rs 2500 or so this would have been an excellent hotel. Housekeeping was poor

Very good team, which includes the front desk (Shanchaita & Prashant), Sapna from restaurant , Mouni from housekeeping and everyone I met. Overall the property is good. We had a comfortable stay.

− The bathroom towels MUST need a change , as they are too old and rough to be used. I think the management must pay attention to it as it's the very big flaw in the property and not recommendable for the guests. Looks unhygienic overused. Then their was a strong smell kept coming from the bathroom & upon calling the attention to the housekeeping they simply washed the floor and flushed again and again , which was quite unreasonable as we knew the drill and we wanted a solution. I must flag this to the management and not the staffs as they did their best to serve the guest with utmost courtesy and comfort. So Please carry your own TOWELS!

Breakfast spread was great.. exceeds my expectation

− The signage of the Hotel is not so prominent and any outsider can miss the Hotel as the road has very busy traffic
