The K3 apartment was well appointed and very clean, the bed was a bit tall but comfortable. My grandson seemed to sleep well on the pullout couch. The unit had a pull out divider that separated the sleeping areas that was appreciated. Loved the many hooks in the hallways for drying clothes, jackets, etc. The pool and hot tub at Aspenwood were terrific, we spent 2.5 hours playing one morning; and the grounds were very pretty. It's not the most up to date studio apartment decor wise, but everything was working, comfortable and convenient, lots of nice dishes for meals in...we used the oven and the tea kettle often. The kids enjoyed watching classic cartoons when we had down time. Didn't have stunning views in K3, but Grandma thought the ground level apartment was quite convenient and we were able to travel to Maroon bells for the truly amazing scenery. We live in Colorado, so mountain views were not a necessity. Grandma and grandkids had a fun time in K3.

Close to disabled parking. Off season so not crowded.

− Disabled customers on 3rd level with no option to change condos. Pool was padlocked first night (only night my family could visit for a swim).

We liked this little unit. It was clean. It has a nice kitchen, large fridge and dining table. The living room area was comfortable and the bed was comfortable too. The ski season ended early so there weren't a lot of restaurants open. There is a really nice market at the beginning of town and we enjoyed our meals at the condo. We would book this again.

− Due to snow conditions, the mountain closed the day before we arrived. We stayed after the ski season ended so I can't imagine the parking situation. We found close parking but it was full. The unit is quite a walk down 3 major stair cases and a walk through the mall so it wouldn't be easy in ski boots to get to the mountain. There is a shuttle that can take you if you stand on the corner and wait. We really liked this unit but there was some crazy noises at night, like the upstairs unit left their bathroom fan on. And you can hear their toilet flushing. Plus the light from the microwave clock lights up the whole room at night which faces the bed. We threw a towel over it no big deal. You can hear people walking upstairs as well. Regarding the bed, the bed was super comfy but the pillows on the bed are so thick you cant sleep properly. The would be a good easy fix. Lastly it says you can fit 4 people but honestly the couch can fit 1 adult and the trundle bed can fit a small child. So really 3. No where to put your clothes so we left everything in our suitcases on the floor. We had 2 adults and 1 child. If we brought our teenager as well, it would have been way too tight.

Location and amenities for the condo unit are excellent, fire place great.

− Bed was not comfortable.

Nice place near the lifts.

Close to the lifts. Nice hot tubs. The unit was clean and well stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen goods, especially plates and drink ware.

− The unit could use a refresh, especially the stove and pots and pans.
