4.0Location is great, and having parking in Rye is a real plus. BUT ….. - no longer offering evening meal - a real downer for me - smell of bleach / cleaning products in bedroom and hall areas was unpleasant - poor TV reception. Kept going on and off. And when I asked at reception about this the staff member came 3 hrs later.

8.0The River Haven is in a great position by the river, and a short walk to the beautiful historical area of Rye. There is plenty of parking. The staff are very friendly, and breakfast is excellent, with plenty of choice.
