6.0The pool was clean but cold. Doña Mary was a good host, she provided great customer service.
− There was a cockroach in our room. When we arrived we were informed the price of our booking was higher than what we had signed up for and the next day we had to pay in full, worst of all, they did not accept credit or debit cards.

Clean and comfortable hotel, close to the beach
10.0The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious and comfortable. The garden and pool area was very nice, we used the pool each day. The location was great, with lots of restaurants and tiendas nearby, and a very short walk to the beach. Free drinking water on each floor of the hotel, there was a little jug and glasses in the room (I particularly liked this as it meant I didn't have to buy plastic bottles, so more eco-friendly). The wifi was strong enough in the room for me to do my work. The staff were friendly.
