− Rooms are nice but the TV remote control did not work. Had to watch TV on my computer.
My worst hotel experience ever and the parting shot was no coffee in the breakfast area. No one onsite was responsible f
1.0Charged me for a room I don’t use and they had agreed to move forward to the next nite
− Did not have my reservation when I arrived. Put me in a room and then tried to enter the room at midnight. We are an elderly couple and were very frightened by the event.
I would not stay here again.
5.0The front office staff was nice and polite. And the location was good.
− I booked a long bed and when got here she told me I was upgraded to a nicer room, cool so when we got in the room it was 3 double hard beds( it’s just my husband and myself). Next morning we go down for breakfast and all the food was gone at 7Am. Go back up to the room to relax before we check out at 11 and get a knock on the door telling us it’s time to check out at 9:14 Am . ( check out is at 11 am). The price for one night was more than what I’m paying for 2 nights at another place.
