7.0Simple, clean, good AC in room. Good outlook from restaurant onto lagoon. Very friendly staff. Good pool space rarely used by other guests.
− Not much space at the lagoon edge to relax if hotel is busy. View from most rooms is onto the back of another building, not the lagoon. Driveway to pull off main road is dangerous & signage for the hotel is poor which means you can drive by accidentally.

9.0De ligging aan de lagune is fenomenaal. Je loopt zo vanuit je huisje de steiger op voor een sprong in de lagune. Ook kan je heerlijk met een cocktail genieten van het prachtige uitzicht en het welkome windje in je haren.
Très bon séjour. Je recommande.
8.0Nous avons aimé la décoration, l’ambiance intimiste, le ponton était génial. Les plats au restaurant sont bons. Le personnel très réactif. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir l’hôtel que pour nous trois. Assez incroyable.
− Le prix du restaurant est assez élevé même si on y mange bien. Nous avons dépensé 65€ pour deux plats avec de l’eau le midi et deux petits déjeuner avec un thé.

9.0Direkte Lage an der Lagune, sehr schöne Außenanlage. Unserer Meinung nach in dieser Preiskategorie eines der schönsten Unterkünfte. Daher würden wir diese Unterkunft auch unseren Freunden empfehlen.
− Kein Fliegengitter an der Terrassentür. Das Zentrum ist nur mit dem Auto erreichbar (trotzdem würden wir wieder diese Lage wählen).

10.0L’ emplacement est tout à fait enchanteur et très paisible,quai, chaises longues, paddle et kayak disponibles gratuitement . Les chambres ( maisonnettes de 2 chambres) sont confortables et le décor est représentatif de la région de Bacalar. Literie très confortable. Le restaurant offre un menu limité mais de très bonne qualité. Le personnel est courtois et attentionné.
