Amazing Hospitality The staff in general and Mr Mostafa in particular were very friendly and respectful The room even though it was standard size, it was very roomy even though I had a baby cot. The pool, the guards, the beach, the staff, the food everything was super clean. Hotel bathrooms were very clean as well. There is a small supermarket and a pharmacy at the hotel which was super convenient.

− I wished we had a small fridge instead of the minibar. I couldn't find any instructions for a prayer room. Also was a bit frustrated that every room has a quote of maximum 2 small bottles of water. After a little argument, they agreed to give me more for my x2 children! Still we had to buy extra as it wasn't enought. Drinks are not included in our stay! I wished there was an option for full board. The food was good but I felt it was a bit repetitive and didn't have a lot of options. There aren't much activities for adults to do except for the beach and dinner. There are kids parties every night but as an adult, I didn't feel much can be done.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were well maintained, and the location was excellent with a beautiful room view.

− The buffet was disappointing. There wasn’t much variety, and the food quality and taste could be improved.

Overall experience 6/10 .. will not repeat it again :/

− Cons: Receptionist forget to tell me about the different activities within the hotel or the dinner time or breakfast although I asked him! I Called several times to get the WIFI password Sea view was not good Very Bad internet connection Reception don’t reply most of the times when calling Very bad dinner - worst i’ve ever experienced Fair breakfast but not for a 5 star hotel ..! Even the lobby bar brings the worst coffee for 100LE People are not friendly at all

The hotel is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The Head of Reception, Mr. Moqbel, was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. The restaurant offers excellent food and service, and the Restaurant Manager, Mr. Sabri, was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and pleasant stay.
