There is no staff. You call a number at the desk and it goes to voicemail to check in. I don’t speak Korean so that didn’t help. Fortunately the people in the coffee shop contacted someone for us. Shower has nice amenities but did not work.

동해바다가 한눈에 보이고, 여러가지 어메니티도 잘 준비되어 있어 불편함이 없었습니다.

Fantastic location and view. Near coffee shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Room was very clean, but a bit on the small side - slight challenge for luggage but we made it work. Would definitely book the larger room next time. Staff was super nice and friendly. A bit stressful because Hotels.com did not forward my contact information, and I could not get thru on the phone, or ahold of the hotel for check-in (which ended at 10pm, and we were arriving at 9:40pm). Thankfully we were able to check-in that night, but would recommend getting ahold of the hotel desk for check-in instructions a few days in advance.

바다 뷰가 좋았으며, 주변 식당, 카페 등의 접근성이좋습니다.

해변 바로 앞이라 너무 좋았고 호텔 못지 않게 깨끗해요! 일이 늦게 끝나서 열두시 넘어 체크인 하는데도 친절하게 응대해주셨어요. 해변도 조용하고 근처 산책하며 상점 구경하기도 좋아서 겨울바다 보러 한번 더 방문할 예정이에요!
