1.0− Power was out early in the morning on 7/16/26. It went out around 5 am. The phones were down so we could not contact the staff. We had to carry all our luggage down three flights of stairs in the heat and humidity. I’m 77 and I was with my daughter and 9 year old twin grandchildren. No help was offered. When I got down to the lobby, the staff was of no help and I was told the manager was available. I was told he would not be there until 7:30.
