9.0Location and the hotel were excellent.
− The staff weren't all as friendly as I expected. Some were great but others barely made eye contact. Also, there was no turn down service for the two nights I stayed there. That is usually done in 5 star hotels. Overall I would still recommend it, but there is room for improvement for their staff. Everyone should be friendly.
