− Nos cancelaron la habitación el día antes (teñíamos que ir la noche de fin de año), nos enviaron un whats app y nos dijeron que teníamos que cancelar la habitación porque tenia overbooking. No dijeron nada mas ni contestaron las llamadas

Perfectly good low grade hotel. Fine to sleep in between busy days in Giza

This hotel is quiet, in a quiet back street (so make sure you are dropped and collected at the hotel). It is basic with no additional facilities. The rooms are clean but very tired (rusty shower head) but the balcony has a view of the pyramids. The linens were all clean and the bed comfortable. The TV did not work for the first 2 days but was then sorted and even the BBC World service was available. There is a big fridge and basic coffee/tea facilities. The breakfast is served on the top 5th floor which has a panoramic view of all 9 pyramids and an outside area if warm enough. The breakfast buffet is good with local hot and cold options. If you are having a few days busily visiting the Giza pyramids/GEM/Saqqara/Dashur and just want somewhere to sleep and eat breakfast this will do. Do check multiple booking sites and you should be able to book for less than US$50 pn.

Great Staff and Amazing Pyramid View

The hotel is quite nice, with very friendly and helpful staff. The receptionist Adel was exceptionally kind and assisted us with many things we needed. Additionally, a girl from the morning reception shift helped us resolve an issue regarding a nearby restaurant that had overcharged us. Our room was comfortable, and the breakfast was nice. However, there is a hygiene issue during breakfast, as there were many flies. Perhaps this is due to the hotel’s location. However, this location offers a beautiful view of the Pyramids, which is truly remarkable, though it was still a bit annoying to have so many flies around. It would be helpful if the hotel implemented a way to reduce the number of flies during breakfast. The hotel provides free airport pickup, which is very convenient. We were delayed at passport control and visa processing, but the driver waited for us patiently. The staff in general goes above and beyond for the guests, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel’s location has both positives and negatives. The surrounding area is generally dirty, but it provides excellent access to the Pyramids, the Great Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The only other downside was the WiFi, which needs improvement, as the connection was very weak and almost unusable during our stay. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great staff and comfortable rooms. I would definitely stay here again, as the staff’s friendliness and willingness to go above and beyond make the experience memorable.

Got robbed from my room

$200 was robbed from my room while I was out. They told me to look at their cameras. Well they are outside the room! Housekeeping went in 3 times, the safe in the room was hanging off the hinge and would not close. I knew what dollars I had because I was still spending the euros I had brought and only paid extra nights at the hotel one time with dollars. Otherwise just the $25 for my visa. I left the hotel in disgust next day. All the Reception people become less friendly if you don't book their tours, and I have my own regular people in Egypt. First and only time this has happened, Egypt in general very honest and safe.
