− Food was not good. Room was extremely bad with zero facilities. We paid 7.5k for a room which was worth not more than 2k. Basic facilities like heaters and thick blankets were missing in the cold weather when the temperatures were around 10 degrees Celsius. Tin roofs used to rattle in the wind and did not allow us to sleep. Poor decor and lighting. It was a nightmare to spend a night. Shocked to know that it's being managed by the Polo Towers Group.

Horrible . I only stayed at the property for 15 mins and left .

− Dirty rooms and dingy and very damp. Paid 8000 per day minus room service. I don’t understand what is this a hotel ? A guesthouse ? Couch services ? Air bnb. I mean before I entered the room itself they said no room service. Later I requested for an upgrade and then the staff said oh this room had room service. For the same rate . I find this place shady .
