3.0The bed was very comfortable, the room was aesthetically pleasing.
− When checking out the receptionist asked for an honest review so here it it. Booked a double deluxe, got family room. The room- ac didn’t work, hairdryer didin’t work, water in the shower one second cold, next burning hot, water in general extremely cloudy white. Balcony door didn’t close all the way and was broken, opening only fully, not just upper part. Bed and sheets were good but i did found a bug crawling from under them, also got bit multiple times by something while in the bed. (bedbugs?) The walls were very visibly dirty, handprints, stains, ect. There was coffee, tea and a kettle in the room, (coffee was very good), cups and plates, but no utensils, like a spoon for example to stir sugar in your drink or whatever. It was said that there is housekeeping. Not one time it was done. Trash was not taken, goods were not restocked, room not cleaned, nothing. The staff looked like they wanted to help but clearly not enough. First day of my stay i expressed that the ac doesn’t work and i need it because the room was very cold. He said he’ll come check it out, he came, it didn’t work, he turned on the radiator, said it should be warm soon, but the radiator didn’t work as well. Ac never got fixed as well as the hairdryer. To dry my hair they gave me a key to another room to dry my hair. Also, walls are extremely thin, i could hear everyone and everything. Im sure i missed a few things but this should be enough.
