10.0Views from hotel were amazing, and a good location near the town, although limited options for getting around if you don't have a car/bike. Sometimes the staff took a while to serve you, but were extremely friendly.

Stay away if you want value
2.0I’m fair in my reviews and I’ll say this resort has an amazing view and the staff do their absolute best to service you . That said we paid a lot of money to stay in a villa and the value for money is absolutely not there . For 3 of 4 days wi fi was simply not working , air conditioner broke , the water drain in our dip pool was excessively loud, they don’t have a single umbrella for shade by the pool or on the patios of the units . The restaurant also was constantly out of items and overcharged on the others, they didn’t have tequila as a problem , they also had lobster as a speciality de la maison and for 4 days did not have the lobster .

6.0This place is definitely not value for money. The view is great but that’s about it. We booked a suite on the top level with a plunge pool. The pool was literally an exposed tub of plastic on the balcony. There is no lift up to those levels which meant walking up was not enjoyable particularly when our key card didn’t work several times and we had to go all the way down to reception. The toilet has no door - so no privacy. The staff are apathetic at best. We booked into Escape Bajo down the road at a fraction of the price and is 100% more value for money than this badly designed hotel.
