9.0Hotel location is fantastic.straight across from subway. Very comfortable beds rooms and unsuited very good layout. Street nosie minimal. Pool an asset nice vibe at rooftop bar
− As an international traveller they take a sizeable deposit hold on your credit card against damages which I don't know if that's the norm in USA.. but quite a shock when you have pre paid and checking in... this could just be that I wasn't aware hotels did this

Apart from that, the room was beautiful. I wish they could extend the pool hours a bit longer.

− The fact that I arrived at 2:40 check-in time at 3:00pm. I have to wait an hour and 15 minutes to check in because my room wasn’t ready I checked in at 4:15. The staff needs to be better communicated with each other, especially in the pool area, since they received different information from different staff members.
