8.0お部屋がワンランク上だったから １３階で景色が良かった
− タクシーが間違って、もう一つの東横インに連れて行かれて、またタクシーで駅東口のホテルに帰ったので、タクシー代もだが、もう少しタクシー会社への 教育をして欲しい。初めての宿泊だから全く分かっていなかった。予約時に知らせて貰えたら良かったかと！

8.0初めて利用しましたが、スタッフの対応もよく、寝心地も良かったので、次回も利用したいと思いました。
− ユニットバスのトイレの便座が狭く感じたので、取り付け位置を考えてほしいと思った。また、朝食におにぎり豚汁などが提供され、おいしかったが、ウインナーの味がいまいちで残念だった。
