7.0Two aspects should be given for granted in a 5 star hotel like Hilton: 1) all personnel facing customers must speak english (at Hilton Yancheng, most of them did not) 2) at breakfast multiple chioices of Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian dishes should be on offer with clear description of the same (at Hilton Yancheng there were very little to none Vegetarian dishes, with very confusing descriptor labels)
