10.0I loved it . Everything was nice & clean . The staff was very welcoming. I’m a travel nurse from Mississippi. So to come home & be comfortable was my main priority. You guys made it happen.

10.0Very quiet and relaxing. Food was great! I had the chicken caprese sandwich with the sweet potato fries (I highly recommend) Alexander served me with food recommendations and he was Top Notch in service. He was very friendly and helpful
The staff are SUPERB
10.0It’s a beautiful hotel. Clean and full of amenities no doubt. But the staff at this hotel took great pains to keep and locate a pillow I accidentally forgot over a prolonged period of time. They were so sweet and I can’t thank them enough. It’s so rare to have people go out of their way. The Sheraton Flowood is made great by the people that work there.
