6.0Die Lage, der Pool und auch die Wohnung an sich waren sehr schön.
− Die Lage, der Pool und auch die Wohnung an sich waren sehr schön. die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war leider sehr schlecht, sodass man sich dort nur mäßig wohl fühlen konnte. Am Bidet war noch ein Haar und auch der Duschabfluss sowie der Stöpsel im Waschbecken wurden scheinbar lang nicht gereinigt. Ebenso die Duschwand und auch die Ablage in der Dusche. Ich habe dort ersteinmal eine kleine Grundreinigung machen müssen. Den Boden habe ich auch gewischt, das Wasser war schwarz. Auf dem Balkon standen Wischeimer mitten. Warum werden die nicht weg geräumt. Wem das alles nichts ausmacht OK, aber für mich und meine Familie war dadurch der Wohlfühlfaktor geringer. Ich kann daher nicht nachvollziehen, warum hier Geld für eine Endreinigung berechnet wird. Fotos habe ich gemacht, werde ich aber nicht veröffentlichen

− Lo staff è disonestà, dopo una settimana, ho chiamato per domandare che fine ha fatto la caparra di 150€? poi hanno inventato che abbiamo rotto una macchina del caffè, oggetto che non abbiamo mai toccato, in poche parole non volevano rimborsarci la caparra. Per fortuna esiste il social media...

3.0− Brak kluczy w apartamencie. Wymęczeni podróżą trzeba 40 minut maszerować po klucze bo autobus nie jedzie.Brak informacji źe wszędzie daleko brak autobusów.Brak środków czystości i brak ścierek do wycierania

Very very good apartment if you don’t need internet
6.0Beautiful spacious apartments in a wonderful location with a view of the mountains and lake. It has everything necessary for a family vacation. Good renovation and appliances. Wide comfortable terrace.
− There was no internet! Out of 4 days of vacation, there was internet for only 3 hours. This caused significant inconvenience because both my husband and I needed to work, but it was impossible
