8.0Syahmi, Vivienne and team were welcoming as always. So was the staff at Concierge.
− 11pm and the live music at Level1 alfresco dining was still ongoing. I was staying at Level 2 and the music disturbed my rest.

8.0Customer service was great. Room was comfortable. Near to a mall.
− 1) There was no water tumbler in room for fetching of water from the water station. 2) Room 705 by the table at the windows - There was an old piece of clothing or cloth probably left behind by previous guest. House keeping did not realize / remove.
