− You do not feel clean in the room. The area isn’t very good that the hotel is in. The rooms don’t look and feel like the photos, lowkey catfish.

1.0It's cheap and wifi was reliable. The staff was polite.
− The shower and the AC didn't work. They made me fill out a form with a bunch of information that they already had. I'm not paying you to do your paperwork for you. Why do I need to write down the check-in and check-out dates? You have that information when I book online. Please don't make up work for your customers just to make their experience more inconvenient.
