Great first time experience & location
9.0Great location near restaurants & private lakes in own little quiet complex area
− No staff interaction. No front desk arriving or leaving by, besides robot automated messages, but no actual human beings at the desk. Housekeeping tried walking in to room too & said “hello” around 930am, so I opened up door to tell them I needed more time, but was only staff I spoke to at all.
Beds uncomfortably soft
7.0The staff were very pleasant and the property is very clean and quiet. On the exterior, it is very attractive and nice.
− I booked this property through Booking.com. The room was $292 per night. After booking, I began receiving nickel and dime texts. $25/day mandatory amenities fee, $50 to check-in early, etc. The room was compact and clean, but the beds were probably the most uncomfortably soft that I have slept in. I would have moved to the floor if there was room. I think they could do better.

7.0Very clean, bed linens were exceptional. Bathroom was Huge. Lobby area was nice.
− The front desk staffing is limited although they were quick to address any questions by email. The coffee in the room did not include liquid creamer and there is no dining onsite. The pool and game room hours were a little short.
