No Toilet paper, No working ac gave us a fan instead, very loud making it hard to sleep, bed was very bad hurts your back to sleep in. No warm water

This is my worst experience to stay at this hotel. The terrible matter are other room people also can use their keys to open my door room. The room are messy and untidy. Opposite people also can see the movement of us inside the room, so so terrible. OMG.
